World No. 1 amateur Rose Zhang signs NIL agreement with Callaway

In signing a NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) agreement with Callaway Golf, Rose Zhang becomes the latest amateur golfer to take advantage of the new rules allowing amateurs to get paid while maintaining their amateur status and NCAA eligibility. Zhang, a freshman at Stanford who is among the favorites at this week's Augusta National Women's Amateur, will play Callaway woods, irons, ball and an Odyssey putter (see full bag below).

The World's No. 1-ranked women’s amateur, Zhang has already won the 2020 U.S. Women’s Amateur and the 2021 U.S. Girls' Junior among several college and amateur titles. She played for the victorious American team in the 2021 Curtis Cup and already has a spot on the 2022 squad. Zhang, who turns 19 in May, won her first three collegiate events in the fall, becoming Stanford's first golfer—man or woman—to accomplish the feat.
